Equal Opportunities Model (FEM) Certification
We were awarded with the “Equal Opportunities Model (FEM)”, a gender equality certification by the Women Entrepreneurs Association of Turkey (KAGİDER) in 2016. The FEM Certification, developed by KAGİDER with the support of the World Bank, is awarded to companies that wish to demonstrate their commitment to ensuring gender equality in processes such as recruitment, training, and career planning.
