We prepare the infrastructure that would enable all employees to work frommobile media. We carry out data analytics projects that would increase the levels of satisfaction and raise the rate of talent retention by analysing the employee data. We build more accurate decision-making mechanisms by transferring know-hows and experiences of the employees on to the learning systems. Employee Rights With our human rights approach shaped in line with Ford Otosan Code of Conduct, we provide our employees an ethical work environment that respects differences and supports equal opportunity. We identify short, middle and long term goals in order to improve implementations at the workplace with regard to basic rights and we present the results of these to the senior management periodically. With the Remuneration Management that we established in line with equal wages for equal job principle, we establish a balance within the company in the long term by being consistent and fair in our dealings with our employees and by doing so, we increase our competitive power in the market. With BEST long term variable income implementation, we determine premiums of all team leaders and office workers in accordance to the performance of the company. Through Flextra system, we enable our employees to manage their benefit budgets by making annual choices as part of certain set of rules. We meticulously monitor the protection of union rights of our field workers and constantly stay in touch with their unions. We follow-up if the rights of our field workers are provided and distributed as part of collective bargaining agreement.
