SUSTAINABILITY REPORT 2018 65 HEALTH CENTRE Each of our employees is very valuable to us and our Health Centres constitute an important part of our investments to increase their quality of life in every aspect. Established with the purpose of preventing occupational diseases, ergonomic and hygienic problems, Health Centres provide service for our employees 24/7. We get support from our Centres, including periodical check-ups, emergency response, consultancy related to disabled employees, health training, etc. We have become the first company to have a full-time psychologist as part of psychological counselling. In addition to the full-time psychologist, we also provide services for child-adolescent psychology and family counselling one day a week. Along with the treatment and follow-up of the patients on a daily basis, we also provide preventive health services and regularly follow-up our employees with chronic diseases, with disabilities as well as pregnant employees. Awards We were presented 3 awards in 2018 including the Recommended Application Award for Innovative Vehicle/Pedestrian Safety Systems in the MESS Golden Glove Health & Safety Contest and Prevention of Problems of Chain Breakage on Chain blocks, Automated Body Lowering and Red/Blue Area Application projects in the MESS Golden Suggestion OHS Contest. Moreover, we became the first company in Europe with the Project to Reduce the Risk of Hand Cutting in the category of Perfection in Occupational Safety Culture and Standards. Our Health Centres constitute an important part of our investments to increase their quality of life in every aspect.
