62 We manage employee goals set at the beginning of each year objectively through the Performance Management System. Through the evaluations performed every six months, we take corrective measures, if necessary, and maintain our high performance. We evaluate performances and encourage successful works that create difference through Achievement Awarding System including programs such as The Most Successful Koç Employees, Instantaneous Award, Ford Otosan’s Stars, Suggestion and Improvement System. Furthermore, we award our field workers with high performance scores at the end of the year with holidays. 98% of our office and field workers pass through performance evaluation. With International Service Employee (ISE) Management, we provide our employees with the opportunity to take on roles in international projects and develop their managerial skills through these projects. Foreign missions contribute significantly in the career developments of our employees by offering the experience of different cultural and working environments. We continue monitoring performance managements, career planning, remuneration and benefits, settling and leaving processes of our employees who are assigned to work in 13 different countries. As part of the Power Team program, 3 rd and 4th year undergraduates of engineering departments of select universities in Turkey come together; 25 selected engineer candidates are hosted at Ford Otosan for two days and they get the opportunity to get to know Ford Otosan better in terms of globalism, technology, innovation, career and development. At the end of the two- day program including the informative briefing about recruitment processes at Ford Otosan, Ford Otosan’s recruitment process starts for the students and candidates who successfully complete the whole process and start their jobs at Ford Otosan.
