SUSTAINABILITY REPORT 2018 41 SMART PURCHASING We started to design a Smart Purchase platform which will transform and move all the purchasing processes to digital media to be continued with real-time data entry and confirmation of internal (Purchasing, Engineering, Material Planning/Supply, Financial Affairs) and external (Suppliers) stakeholders as parts of the process. The platform will increase efficiency with features such as mobile and electronic confirmation, e-signature, measuring and reporting in all processes while also enabling transparency and traceability at all stages. We have the goal to minimise stock volumes with the instantaneous stock management project as part of digitalisation of storage and logistics processes and reduce carbon footprint through optimised routes. We attach importance on widening the impact field of sustainability works through the participation of suppliers and dealers.
